How Does PM On-Demand Work?

Setup
- Purchase Unit Package: Select the package which best suits you.
- Conduct Discovery: a KAHLEPartners customer service representative will call you for a brief chat to gather a little background information on your environment.
Service
- Have an Issue: When you have an issue, contact us at (888) 703-6199 or PM.OnDemand@kahlepartners.com.
- Respond: a KP representative will respond back to you in 4 hours.
- Resolve: for issues which require follow-up (i.e., sending a template, doing meeting minutes, etc.), resolution may require subsequent steps.
Settle
- Settle: Once the deliverable is provided, the client account is debited by the appropriate number of units. Most tasks consume a single unit.
