PM On-Demand is for Managers too!!

While PM On-Demand is configured to be accessible by front line staff, managers can also leverage PM On-Demand to address the organization's broader challenges.
Formats: Managers employ PM On-Demand in one of two formats:
Open Access: In this format, the manager purchases a bucket of units and members of the staff are provisioned to access those units. The staff then, at times and topics of their choosing, access PM On-Demand to assist them with the various challenges that they have.
Directed Use: in this format, the manager has an objective in mind and PM On-Demand extends the manager’s reach in achieving that objective. This is achieved by KP representatives reaching out to the manager’s staff to assist them in overcoming obstacles facing those staff members.
While there are numerous applications of this format, a few examples would be:
- Compliance or Consistency Evaluation: Are you concerned with the degree of consistent execution among your staff ? We can drill in to how your staff are executing common functions and give you an assessment of what we found.
- Program Implementation: Are you concerned that your staff are getting bogged down in addressing the administrivia of project execution? Are you concerned that the positive status reports you receive may be optimistically written and that your folks need some help with things that aren't making it to the status? Having our seasoned managers probe around via interviews with your staff can give you a valuable insight and an opportunity to correct matters before the wheels come off.
- Coaching/1-on-1 Development: Here we can set up a program where, focusing on identified developmental areas, we schedule a series of coaching sessions to guide your staff to higher levels of performance.
Powerful Reporting: in addition to the out-brief reports associated with specific activities, we also track the substance of every interaction we have with your staff for any follow-on reporting needs.
Seminar Recommended: Given the intimate nature of many interactions, we strongly recommend that you conduct one of our leadership and accountability training sessions before engaging PM On-Demand for Managers in either format. These 1-2 day sessions deliver both direct benefits from the instruction and also provide an opportunity to establish relationships between our staffs that will be helpful in fostering trust.
