Wes Kahle

Mr. Kahle has served in executive roles at Cornell University, Nextel Communications, MCI and Startec Global Communications. Mr. Kahle served 6 years in the US Army during which he commanded a Special Forces “A” Team.

Mr. Kahle has an MBA from George Mason University and a BA from the University of Michigan. His commercial work experience includes Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Order Entry, Billing, Fulfillment, IT, Project Management, and Training. Within the telecom field, he has extensive experience in the discipline of improving organizational execution through both streamlining complex inter-departmental processes and deployment advanced networked based services over existing plant.

Mr. Kahle regards his military experience as maturing his views on the importance of expressing personal leadership, service to others, and professional conduct in his work life. In all contexts, military, telecommunications, and academia, Mr. Kahle has made his greatest contribution by focusing on three common organizational challenges: How to foster, restore or elevate confidence and trust in the relationship between customers and their partners. Identifying and remedying the process bottle-necks (both operational and decision-making processes) that sap the energy and talents of even the best employees, and how to identify, unlock and develop staff talent.

His personal interests include his family, outdoor activities, chess, reading (avidly applied technology, history, and medicine), and movies.
