KAHLEPartners offers two products that can be purchased through our website:

Project Management On-Demand (aka PM On-Demand, PMOD), and
-
KAHLEPartners Videocasts (i.e., the KP Online Video Catalog).
These products are available through either convenient recurring subscriptions or transactional purchases of individual products. As the structure and terms of the two products are somewhat different, we will address them individually.
I. Project Management On-Demand (PMOD): PMOD is only accessible via a paid subscription.
1. Description: PMOD is offered over the web in three subscription packages of Introductory, Standard, and Recommended with each package consisting of successively larger numbers of "units".
A "unit" is a measure of value of a deliverable. PMOD is billed on a deliverable basis and units are used to measure the value of the deliverable(s) that were provided to the client. Theose deliverables may be physical items such as templates, reports, process flows, etc. or intangibles such as guidance and coaching. So, instead of paying for a consultant's time, regardless of whether they were actually working on something for you, you are paying for the actual deliverables that are received. As the volume of units and pricing varies among the packages, each package has its own subscription level. When you purchase a PMOD Subscription, you choose which subscription level you want at the time you order:
PMOD – Introductory
PMOD – Standard, or
PMOD – Recommended.
2. Ordering: When selecting the “Buy” link on the PMOD page, you will add that product to your shopping cart. Although it is possible to purchase more than one PMOD subscription level, we strongly recommend that you only purchase one subscription package at a time. If you wish to purchase more than 20 units, please email us at sales@kahlepartners.com and we will customize a package for you. In your request, please indicate how you envision using your units (individually, for your department, etc.), how many units you are seeking, and your preferred means of payment (credit card, PO, etc.).
3. Other Notes:
a. Your PMOD subscription automatically renews when you use up your last unit. Your service will renew at your current subscription level unless you make a change by contacting us customer.service@kahlepartners.com before your last unit is used. So if you had a Standard level subscription, when your units are used up, you renew at the Standard level.
b. The number of units consumed on a given task will vary. While many tasks will require only a single unit, more valuable and/or complex tasks may consume more than one unit.
II. KP Videocast Catalog: Videocasts are available through both convenient subscriptions as well as individual product purchases.
1. Description: Each KP videocast (“vcast”) has 3 discrete content components:
* Streaming version of the vcast
* Downloadable version (mp4) of the vcast, and
* Downloadable show notes (PowerPoint)
Many vcasts will also have a fourth content type of "Templates and Attachments".
While some vcasts will have a single show, most vcasts will have 2 or more discrete shows that make up the vcast.
2. Registration: We offer a "registered user" option for those visitors who need a little more information before subscribing/purchasing. Registering is FREE. For a limited time, by simply registering, you obtain streaming access to the first 20 videocasts!! That's right, you will be able to stream all the shows of Vcast 1 through Vcast 20 completely free! You register by either clicking the "Purchase Subscription" button or the "Create Account" link at the top left hand corner of the page. Provide an account name and an email address and we will automatically send you a one-time password to your email address. You then login to your account and change your password. This will establish your account and provide you access to the above content in your MyAccounts section.
3. Subscriptions: Subscriptions offer you access to all vcasts that are on the site. Subscriptions are targeted at individuals and organizations that are seeking to holistically develop their leadership, project management, and management skills. Consequently, the widest access to content is provided to facilitate pursuing different learning paths. Subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and there are two subscription levels that provide different levels of access to content components:
a. Preferred: Preferred subscriptions give you access to all show streaming and show download content.
b. Premium: Premium subscribers obtain access to all show streaming and download privileges, PLUS Premium subscribers can download all show notes and templates.
You can use the product purchase option to narrow your selection to a very granular level. For example: Vcast 7 has 4 shows associated with it. Therefore, there are 4 streaming media shows, 4 downloadable video files, and 4 sets of show notes and several templates as well. With product purchases, you can purchase just the video download component, just the show notes component, or just the template component, or any combinations of these components without having to commit to purchasing other vcasts. Note that you do have to buy all shows within a vcast; so it is not possible to buy just the download of Show 3 of Vcast 7, when you purchase the download, you are buying the downloads for all 4 shows.
a. To purchase all content for a videocast, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on the vcast information page. You will then be able to either add additional product to your cart or check out using a standard shopping cart checkout process.
