This vcast is divided into three shows as follows:
Show 1: In the first show we identify the 3 Rules that you have to bear in mind. We then illustrate how achieving success is a 2-sided coin of "What You Do" and "How It is Valued" and the identify the two actions you need to take to maximize the impact of what you do and how it is valued.
Show 2: We continue our discussion by describing a process for achieving the two core objectives of "Maturing Your Ability to Do What is Relevant" and "Obtaining Management's Attention" (favorably :-)). We dive deeply into how to reduce the distractions in your work life so you can focus on those activities that will have the most impact on advancing your career.
Show 3: We close by describing how to profile your contributions to your managers, and how to elicit their feedback so as to understand what they value. We then provide you guidance on how to address some of the more difficult challenges you are likely to encounter.
